FULFILLMENT POLICY

 K2X Inc. provides consulting, education, and support services focused on financial literacy, business structuring, wealth-building, asset protection, and debt elimination. Services are delivered through one-on-one consultations, courses, workshops, seminars, or customized support based on your needs.

Once a service is requested and payment is confirmed, fulfillment will begin in accordance with the scope and timeline established during the consultation or enrollment process.

You will receive confirmation via email outlining your selected services, deliverables, timeline, and any required next steps or documentation.

We strive to deliver the highest level of service. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us at info@k2xinc.com within 7 days of the service being delivered to discuss the issue.

Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms of the signed engagement or service agreement. Refunds will not be provided for:

• Services already rendered or substantially completed
• Missed appointments without notice
• Digital products or downloadable resources once accessed

Clients may cancel scheduled consultations or service engagements with at least 24 hours’ notice by emailing info@k2xinc.com. Late cancellations may incur a fee or forfeit deposits, depending on the circumstances and service type.

For monthly services such as payroll, cancellation must be submitted in writing at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

All services are delivered either:

• Virtually (via email, phone, or video meeting)
• In-person by appointment (if applicable and confirmed in advance)

Turnaround times vary based on service type and client responsiveness in providing required documentation.

Because our services are personalized and knowledge-based, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to address concerns as outlined in our refund policy.
